Terms of Service – Zaris TECH

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services (“Services”) provided by ZARIS TECH, operating the Zaris CRM platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using Zaris CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaris CRM
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree not to misuse the Services, including unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, or violation of applicable laws

2. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration using accurate and up-to-date information
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
ZARIS TECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms

3. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Some Services require a paid subscription, billed according to the selected plan
Subscription fees are charged in advance
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which allows refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase

After the refund period has passed, payments are non-refundable.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Zaris CRM
By using the Services, you grant ZARIS TECH a limited license to store, process, and transmit data solely for operating and improving the platform
Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Service Availability

Zaris CRM is generally available 24/7, subject to maintenance and updates
ZARIS TECH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime

6. Third-Party Integrations

Zaris CRM may integrate with third-party services
ZARIS TECH is not responsible for the availability, performance, or privacy practices of third-party providers

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Zaris CRM platform, including software, branding, and content, are owned by ZARIS TECH or its licensors
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time
ZARIS TECH may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services
Upon termination, access to the platform will cease
You may request a copy of your stored data within 30 days of termination, subject to technical limitations

9. Limitation of Liability

Zaris CRM is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
ZARIS TECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZARIS TECH, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

ZARIS TECH may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “5 September 2025” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
